Meme Alert: A list of books.

My friend Avi (avilev) mentioned the Norwegian Book Clubs' list of "most meaningful books of all time." It's based on the opinions of 100 noted authors from 54 countries. One of the editors of the NBC pointed out that, "The unique element to this list is that we didn't just ask authors from Europe or the US, we took a worldwide survey for the first time." The books on the list, other than the top book (Don Quixote), are not ranked.
